7 Elements Class Descriptions:

 

7 Elements Judo   (age 5 +)

Judo is taught at 7 Elements under The American Traditional Jujutsu Association (highest awarded level) and USA Judo (U.S Olympic governing body). Black belts, Ken Nazemetz, Brian Mynatt, Kim Briselden, and Matt Mescan teach traditional Kodokan and modern Olympic Judo. Course instruction will qualify students for local, regional, and national tournament participation. Become the next Olympic Judo champion!

 

MMA grappling   (age 15 +)

Learn grappling fundamentals and conditioning. Open sparring.

 

MMA striking and kicking   (age 15 +)

Learn MMA striking /kicking and conditioning. Open sparring.

 

Strength and Functional Fitness    (age 5 +)

Use weights and functional exercises to maintain and improve every muscle in your body. Improve your cardo and quickness with high intensity training. 

 

Kickboxing                               (age 12 +)

Basic fundamentals of striking and kicking from various martial art forms.
